Job summary

Firewall Centers is seeking a passionate Success Coach to mentor middle school students, helping them set and reach academic and personal goals while building confidence and life skills.

In this role you’ll track progress, provide accountability, lead group sessions on leadership and resilience, and collaborate with families, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent, mission-driven support within a positive center environment.
