Job summary

Great Minds seeks an on-site professional services specialist to coach, train, and implement Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and related curricula across K-12 schools in the United States. Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching.
At least 1 year of experience delivering high-quality professional development.
Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math2.
Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
Experience as campus instructional leader or coach.
Ability to coach in multiple content areas of K-Algebra 2 Mathematics and RLA.
Experience with both digital and print education platforms.
Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping.
Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for high-quality, knowledge-rich curriculum.
Commitment to high standards, instructional quality, and continuous improvement.
Receptivity to feedback and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds' professional services catalog, including Eureka Math and Eureka Math2.
Provide high-quality on-site support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools.
Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver highly contextualized services.
Deliver professional services on-site up to 80% of the time in school systems.
Participate in internal training cycles to deepen expertise in professional services, facilitation, coaching, and Great Minds products.
Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics.
Document metrics and significant customer interactions.
Document and communicate implementation insights to leadership.
Track regional trends and factors influencing customer practices and purchasing practices.
Represent Great Minds through conference presentations.
Contribute to blogs, whitepapers, and other content.
Cultivate and maintain a supportive Great Minds culture.
Provide onsite coaching, professional development, or customer implementation support.
Provide sales presentation support.
Participate in team meetings.
Travel beyond the Midwest region occasionally as needed.
