Subway - Hufnagel Holdings is hiring a Manager in NY for a full-time role. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with guaranteed pay, tips averaging $3 per hour, a 401k plan, and monthly bonuses up to $750.

This role involves leading staff, managing inventory, and coordinating local marketing to grow sales. You will ensure guest satisfaction, safe food handling, and consistent brand standards while developing a strong team and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Ability to operate POS system and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep restaurant clean, functional, and safe.
• Follow safety and health codes.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Providing an excellent guest experience

• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served

• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful

• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes

• Managing inventory and money control systems

• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach

• Recruiting staff

• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales

• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales

• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Pay Range
