Job summary

Subway is seeking a operations supervisor to oversee daily activities across two locations in Ohio. You will ensure smooth store performance, manage food and labor costs, perform inventory counts, and place accurate orders.

You will hire and train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, reconcile cash, and keep both stores compliant with Subway policies. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on operational excellence across multiple sites.

• Ensure each store is inspection‑ready at all times, including cleanliness, food safety, and documentation compliance.
