Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a team member role in Charlotte to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain a clean dining area. You will operate cash registers, assist guests, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient service culture.

The position emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, and adherence to food and store policies, with opportunities to grow into other roles within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions; cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies; use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed; work as part of a team.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar position; flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
