Kingston, PA-based ESS is seeking Substitute Teachers to support the Wyoming Valley West School District. Earn 125.00–145.00 USD per day for daily, building-based, or long-term assignments.

You’ll follow lesson plans, assist students, and maintain classroom routines in the absence of a regular teacher. Responsibilities include delivering instruction, implementing lesson plans, maintaining safety, reporting incidents, and supporting the school team.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Education Major meeting Act 86 requirements.
• PA Act 24: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification.
• Clearances: PA State Police, Federal Criminal History, and Child Abuse clearances.
• Mandated Reporter Training and related requirements.
• Tuberculosis test may be required in some locations.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Report student injuries, illness, and discipline problems to school administration.

Substitute Teacher

An ESS substitute teacher assists with classroom instruction in the absence of a regular teacher. This person follows and teaches lesson plans, aids students in understanding subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment


• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
