ESS is seeking substitute teachers in Kingston, PA to fill in for regular teachers in K-12 classrooms. You will follow lesson plans, deliver instruction, and support student learning when an educator is absent.

This role offers daily pay of $150–$175, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling to fit your availability. A Bachelor's degree and applicable PA clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PA teaching certification or教育 majors meeting Act 86 requirements.
• Clearances and training as listed (Act 24/34/114/126/151/168) and TB test.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support classroom routines.

Responsabilités

• Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while regular teacher is absent.
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives.
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration.
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration.

Substitute Teacher

An ESS substitute teacher assists with classroom instruction in the absence of a regular teacher. This person follows and teaches lesson plans, aids students in understanding subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.
