Substitute Teachers at The Oaks Academy play a vital role in supporting the teachers, ensuring that students experience a consistent and engaging learning environment. Substitutes are trained and provided insight on The Oaks' teaching techniques and curriculum. This ensures that when they are called to support a classroom during the teacher’s absence, they feel comfortable and prepared.

Students at The Oaks thrive as they learn, grow, and explore ideas and the world around them. With an average of 16 students per classroom, Oaks Academy Pre-Kindergarten teachers are able to focus on facilitating holistic, authentic learning in a collaborative community.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree and teaching experience preferred
