Responsibilities

• Follow provided lesson plans to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
• Develop lesson plans for long-term substitutes in line with past plans and student needs.
• Manage the classroom effectively to promote participation and a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit individual student needs.
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom.
• Build positive professional relationships with colleagues, students, parents/guardians, staff, and administrators.
• Attend trainings and meetings as provided by the school and Summit Academy Management.
