Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
• Follow established classroom routines and behavior-management strategies.
• Utilize Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) techniques when trained and necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide consistent student support.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to different classroom assignments and student needs.

Falk-Rossler is seeking Substitute Teacher Aides to provide classroom support based on daily staffing needs.

Qualifications
