Job summary

Sub Teacher Source is seeking energetic substitute teachers to support Missouri schools. You will deliver prepared lesson plans, adapt across grade levels, and help keep learning on track.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and professional development while working in a variety of schools.

Qualifications

• Missouri Substitute Certificate or DESE license.
• 36+ college credits or Frontline Training.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be a Missouri resident.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is desirable.
• Must be able to pick up last-minute, on-call assignments and be available Mondays and Fridays.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Must have a current Missouri Substitute Certificate or Missouri Teaching License through the Department of Education (DESE)
• Must have 36+ college credits or Frontline Training
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be a Missouri resident
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Must be able to pick up last-minute, on-call assignments and be available Mondays and Fridays.
