Job summary

Teachers Now in Waco, TX is seeking Substitute Teachers to support schools with a flexible schedule. No teaching certification is required, and candidates with 60 credit hours or an Associate's Degree may qualify. You will follow lesson plans, manage behavior, and support student engagement in local schools.

Availability is Monday to Friday, with full-day (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and half-day options. Paid training is provided, and long-term assignments may arise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction using provided lesson plans.

• Record attendance and communicate concerns to staff.

Schedule
