Job summary

Metro Christian Academy in Tulsa, OK is seeking Substitute Teachers to provide classroom coverage when regular teachers are absent. You will follow the lesson plans, maintain a safe and positive learning environment, supervise students, and support the academic and behavioral expectations of the classroom.

This temporary position offers a flexible schedule based on school needs and assignments may be available across preschool through 12th grade, with pay between $11.25 and $12.50 per hour.

Description

Metro Christian Academy is seeking Substitute Teachers to provide classroom coverage when regular teachers are absent. Substitute Teachers are responsible for following the lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, supervising students, and supporting the academic and behavioral expectations of the classroom. Substitute Teachers are expected to serve as positive role models and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Metro Christian Academy's mission, vision, and values.

This position has a flexible schedule based on the needs of the school.

Assignments may be available in preschool through 12th grade.
