Teachers Now in Odessa, TX is seeking dependable and passionate Substitute Teachers to support local K–9 schools throughout Odessa and Midland. Flexible assignments, typical hours 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with paid substitute training.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and strong communication as well as classroom management skills. Veterans, college students, and those with experience with children are encouraged to apply.
