Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and handle behavior management issues.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
• Experience working with students with autism or special needs is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and strategies.
