Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will support students’ educational needs in diverse school environments and ensure continuity when regular teachers are absent.

Responsibilities include delivering prepared lesson plans, adapting to various grade levels, managing classrooms, and communicating with students, staff, and parents. A background check is required.

Competenze

• Requires 60 college credits with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide three professional references.
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Current Substitute License or Authorization if available in your state.

$155-200 per day

Responsibilities:

• Substitute teacher must deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Substitute teacher must adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Substitute teacher must manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Substitute teacher must communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Substitute teacher must follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 60 college credits with 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide three (3) professional references.
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must have a current Substitute License or Authorization, if available in your state.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Must pass a background check. Background checks are evaluated against both applicable state standards and Sub Teacher Sources’ own screening standards; even if certain conduct is permitted under state regulations, it may still be considered unacceptable under our standards
