2 A supply teaching position (long term assignment) is one in which the assignment is for the same classroom assignment for 10 or more consecutive school days. Possession of a valid or expired in-field teaching certificate (or letter of eligibility for the same) based on a baccalaureate degree or higher is necessary for assignments lasting beyond 20 consecutive days in the same classroom. $21.00
