The Nashua School District seeks a Substitute Sign Language Interpreter to support district-wide communication for ELL students and families. The position requires ASL fluency and certification, with NH educational interpreter certification or eligibility, or RID/NAD licensure (level III) or passing EIPA.
Responsibilities include interpreting and supporting language access for students and parents, with a district-wide scope during the 2025-2026 school year.

Salary: $30 per hour
Applicants should hold a ASL Certification and be fluent in ASL. This position requires NH certification as an educational interpreter or eligibility with completion of an educational interpreter training/ preparation program or hold RID/NAD licensure of at least level III or receive a passing grade on the EIPA assessment.
The educational interpreter is primarily responsible for facilitating communication amoung students and parentswho speak a language other than English.The educational interpreter provides interpreting and as well as additional support services to students and parents who need assistance with the English language.
