The Nashua School District seeks a Substitute Sign Language Interpreter district-wide for the 2025-2026 school year. The interpreter facilitates communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and school staff during lessons and activities.
Applicants must hold an ASL Certification and be fluent in ASL, with NH certification or eligibility through an educational interpreter training program, or RID/NAD licensure at least level III or passing the EIPA assessment.

Applicants should hold a ASL Certification and be fluent in ASL. This position requires NH certification as an educational interpreter or eligibility with completion of an educational interpreter training/preparation program or hold RID/NAD licensure of at least level III or receive a passing grade on the EIPA assessment.
The educational interpreter is primarily responsible for facilitating communication among students and parents who speak a language other than English. The educational interpreter provides interpreting and as well as additional support services to students and parents who need assistance with the English language.
