REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties assigned each day (make bread, prepare meat, salad, vegetable, and/or dessert)
• Keep area clean at all times
• Run dishwasher, wash pots and pans, sweep and mop floors and general cleaning
• Knowledge of food production records
• Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
