Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks in assigned school sites, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care.
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias and related facilities; ensure areas are orderly and safe.
• Maintain security and monitor for safety hazards; report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Move and arrange furniture for classrooms and events; assist with special projects in summer cleaning.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and scrubbers as assigned.
• Assist with daily and emergency cleanups; follow sanitation procedures and district policies.
