Job summary

Morgan County Schools in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia is seeking a Substitute Clerk to support the food services program and school office operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the computerized food services program including use of the Morgan County Food Service computer program.
• Count and receipt food services money daily and post payments and participation.
• Prepare monthly invoices, reports and financial statements as required by WV Dept. of Education.
• Verify invoices to parents and ensure accurate data transfers between systems.
• Provide meal counts to the kitchen and assist with routine clerical duties.
• Perform general clerical tasks and support the principal and school program as needed.
