Qualifications

• Must be able to pass random drug testing and medical examination.
• Clear driving record and valid driver’s license for school bus operation.

• Good communication with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses on scheduled routes and trips in accordance with state and district policies.
• Ensure safety of students during loading, unloading and transportation.
• Maintain control of students and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Complete required forms and records as per district procedures.
• Interact professionally with colleagues, students, and the public.
