Under the general supervision of the Program Director, we are seeking professional, passionate, and energetic individuals who can successfully manage a preschool classroom, develop lesson plans, and promote the emotional, physical, mental, and social wellbeing of children in a classroom environment. This is a classroom position, not an administrative/office role.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possessing a valid California Driver’s License is preferred.
• Have 3-4 years’ experience working with children aged 2–5 years.
• Possession of a California State licensed Site Supervisor Permit is desirable.
• Requires an AA Degree or at least 60 units including:
• 24 ECE/CD units with core courses:
• 16 General Education units
• 6 Administration units
• 2 Adult Supervision units
