Job summary

Mountainland Technical College is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Plumbing Instructor in Lehi, UT. You will travel to Payson and Lehi campuses to deliver hands-on instruction, mentor students, and ensure a safe, well-equipped lab environment.

Lead by example, assess progress through varied evaluations, and keep the curriculum aligned with current plumbing methods. A licensed journeyman plumber with a high school diploma is required, plus familiarity with instructional technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Journeyman plumber in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing principles and hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with instructional technology and trade software.
• Ability to mentor and inspire students.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Payson and Lehi campuses as needed.
• Deliver engaging hands-on instruction in classroom and lab.
• Mentor students and provide regular feedback and success planning.
• Keep curriculum current and aligned with industry expectations.
