Thompson M-TEC is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Instructor to teach adult students in our growing Skilled Trades programs.
Our evening Plumbing Program combines classroom instruction with extensive hands‑on training, preparing students with the foundational skills needed to enter a registered apprenticeship or begin a career in residential and commercial plumbing.
Curriculum, lesson plans, textbooks, and instructional resources are provided, allowing instructors to focus on student learning and engagement.
The Plumbing Instructor is responsible for delivering classroom and laboratory instruction that teaches students the fundamentals of plumbing installation, maintenance, repair, and safety. Students are primarily adult learners who may have little or no previous experience in the skilled trades.
The ideal instructor is patient, dependable, safety‑conscious, and passionate about developing the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
