ExecuPets — Cleveland’s premium dog walking and pet care company — is hiring Substitute / On-Call Pet Care Specialists to step in when our regular walkers and sitters are unavailable.

This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for someone with a big heart for animals, a reliable presence, and availability on short notice.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing dog walks and in-home pet visits as a fill-in for team members
• Following customized instructions to care for various pets
• Offering timely photo updates and notes via our mobile app
• Working independently while maintaining professionalism and warmth

Candidate Requirements:

• Living in or frequently traveling through Downtown Cleveland or nearby areas (Ohio City, Tremont, Detroit-Shoreway, etc.)
• Flexible schedule, available for last-minute, night, or weekend work
• Confident, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Experience with pets, especially dogs and cats
• Clear communication skills and smartphone confidence
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
