HelloSubs is hiring Substitute Paraprofessionals to support classrooms across Austin, TX. You’ll work on a flexible schedule, with weekly direct deposit and support six days a week as part of a dedicated team serving local schools.

As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you’ll assist teachers, support students one-on-one or in small groups, and help with activities, behavior, and engagement. Previous experience with children is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and you’ll be paid daily

Role Overview

As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers to support students’ learning and development.

Assignments may include:

• Working 1-on-1 with students who have special needs
• Supporting small groups of students in inclusive or resource classrooms
• Assisting teachers with classroom management, lesson activities, and student engagement

You’ll be a crucial part of helping every child reach their potential — especially those who benefit from extra support.

Pay & Benefits

• $120–$170 per day, depending on assignment
• Weekly pay via direct deposit (every Friday)

Paraprofessional Job Requirements

Paraprofessional Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
• Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Teaching or paraprofessional certification is helpful but not required
