Cadence Education seeks a dynamic Substitute Montessori Teacher to join our team of childcare professionals. If you adore children, have childcare experience, this is your chance to support high-quality learning in a nurturing Montessori environment.

We’re hiring NOW and invite you to make a difference! As a Montessori Substitute, you will support trained teachers, fill in for full-time staff, keep classrooms clean and organized, and provide active supervision for ages birth to 6 years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• 19 years old (or 18 if enrolled in college).
• Interest in working with young children (infants through Kindergarten).
• Enthusiasm for the Montessori philosophy (no prior experience required!).
• Meets state preschool teacher or assistant requirements.
• Flexible availability to work as needed.

Our substitute teachers are a key part of our teaching teams, who work a flexible schedule. Substitutes work alongside faculty members to create and cultivate high quality learning experiences in a safe environment for infants, toddlers, preschool or Kindergarten aged students (birth through 6 years old).
