Become part of Discovery, a vibrant, high-quality Montessori community for children aged 12 weeks to 6 years.

The Opportunity. We are conducting a search for a part-time floater to help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, inspiring Montessori environment. Montessori experience is not required, but we welcome educators who have an appreciation for -- and are open to learning more about -- the method. We provide training.

Minimum Requirements. Please apply if you meet the minimum requirements and are interested in joining our team.

1. Completion of at least 12 college-level early childhood education credits (including at least three credits in infant/toddler care and development)
2. Enjoy working with young children
3. Are warm, joyful, and professional
4. Have valid CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to become CPR and first aid-certified before you begin employment
5. Have negative TB test results within the last 12 months or willingness to take a TB test which shows negative results before your first day of employment
6. Are a US citizen or green card holder

We are especially interested in candidates who:

1. Have experience working in high-quality preschools, particularly Montessori preschools
2. Have interest in creating experiences for young children in the areas of art, music, gardening, or science
3. Speak multiple languages
