Job summary

Exos is seeking a Substitute Member Services Representative to join our team in Redwood City, CA. You will assist and respond to member inquiries and help guide visitors through our facilities.

You will promote club services, support membership retention, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience while coordinating tours for prospective members. The ideal candidate has at least one year in a customer service role, a friendly, energetic attitude, and the ability to multitask, work

Compensation

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $16.00/hour to $24.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
