Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the future? Child's First is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team full-time for the summer! This is an exciting opportunity to work in our infant classroom, providing high-quality care and creating a loving, engaging environment for our youngest learners from June to August while our current Lead teacher is on leave.

We are looking for a candidate with infant development expertise, previous childcare experience, and a long-term commitment to early childhood education. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a nurturing approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care, following each child's schedule with precision and consistency.
  • Manage daily classroom operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain compliance with state licensing regulations.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting, especially with infants.
  • Certification as a Lead Teacher in childcare, preferred.
  • Completion of the Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care course.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Passion for the childcare field and a commitment to making a long-term impact on young lives.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
