An established school district is seeking a dedicated Substitute Instructional Assistant to support teachers and students in a dynamic educational environment. Substitute Instructional Assistant (Paraprofessional) JobID: 372
Under the supervision of a licensed teacher, a paraprofessional supports teachers and students in many ways. For instance, a paraprofessional can tutor students or assist the teacher with managing the classroom and organizing instructional materials.
Pay is $110 per school day. This position does not pay into a retirement system (IMRF) until over 600 hours are worked.
*Must possess a valid paraprofessional or equivalent license through the Illinois State Board of Education.
