Overview

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas and delivering items to guestrooms, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist guests with luggage in a friendly manner.
4. Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as required.
6. Know and assist in emergency procedures.
7. Maintain hotel equipment and storage areas.
8. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
9. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Ability to exert force up to 100 pounds occasionally.
3. Stand during entire shift.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
