Job summary

A regional education provider is looking for Substitute Health Associates to provide nursing services in schools. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting health screenings, and maintaining health records. Candidates must possess an LPN and/or RN licensure, and certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. A background check and orientation attendance are required. Pay rates are $130.00 for full days and $62.50 for half days, with immediate availability sought.

Eligibility

LPN and/or RN licensure is required. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Prior experience in pediatrics, school nursing, generalized nursing, first aid, triage and/or public or mental health is preferred.

Job Description

The substitute health associate will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services, medical treatments, health education, evaluation, health screening services, medication administration, and the maintenance of health records in the absence of the regular health associate.

Wage

The substitute health associate pay rate is $130.00 for a full day and $62.50 for a half day.

Orientation
