California Montessori Project is seeking a Substitute for its Elk Grove campuses (Bradshaw and Elk Grove Boulevard sites). The substitute reports to the Human Resources & Payroll Department and works under the Campus Principal guidance, serving 188 instructional days per year.
Responsibilities include assisting teachers, maintaining a safe, inclusive environment, and supporting in lesson preparation and student support.
A Substitute reports to the site Principal where they take an assignment, and is responsible for assisting in the classroom with all students, including special education students as needed. Substitutes work in collaboration with teachers and other school professionals and are crucial in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment wherever assigned.
