Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and complete Fundamentals for Early Childhood Professionals, or be willing to do so within six months.
• Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related credits and experience with 0-5 year olds.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adhere to licensing regulations.

What You'll Do

Candidates must be enthusiastic and have a passion for working with and educating young children, the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, proficient written and verbal communication, knowledge about the STARS program, TS Gold, early childhood licensing regulations, and planning and implementing a play-based curriculum. Must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and completed Fundamentals for Early Childhood Professionals or are willing to in the first six months of employment. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or 21 related credits) and experience working with 0-5 year olds.
