Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid & CPR certification (American Heart Association) listed in certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional materials and classroom tasks.
• Monitor and report student observations and incidents to appropriate staff.
• Mediate student conflicts to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide basic first aid for health needs.
• Perform clerical tasks to support teachers.
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Maintain instructional materials and records.
• Supervise students in various settings (classroom, playground, field trips, lunchroom, bus).
