Job summary

Preferred Behavioral Health Group in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Driver Substitute in the Transportation program. You will transport PBHG consumers to and from programs and help maintain safe vehicle operation.

Hourly pay is $15.92 and the role requires a NJ driver's license and three years of driving experience. Flexible hours to meet agency needs; eoe.

Qualifications

• NJ Driver's License in good standing.
• Three years experience as a licensed driver.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports PBHG consumers to and from programs.
• Maintains order on vans and enforces agency policies.
• Completes vehicle safety monitoring forms monthly.
• Reports vehicle malfunctions or damage immediately.
• Returns van with at least half a tank of gas.
• Purchases gasoline at designated stations.
• Reviews gasoline bills for accuracy and submits them.

Job Description/Summary

The Transportation driver is responsible for safely transporting PBHG consumers to and from programs.

Flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Effectively maintains order on vans and enforces policies
• Completes vehicle safety monitoring form monthly
• Reports vehicle malfunction or damage to Transportation Coordinator immediately
• Returns van with no less than one-half tank of gasoline
• Purchases gasoline at designated stations
• Reviews gasoline bills for accuracy and returns them to Transportation Coordinator

Knowledge of Ocean County and the use of GPS technology.

Qualifications

• NJ Drivers License in good standing
• Three years experience as a licensed driver
