ANTICIPATED START DATE : Immediately Upon Hire

DETAILS: Substitute positions work on an as needed basis, 12 months per year. Must be willing to substitute at least (5) times throughout the school year.

COMPENSATION: The Substitute Custodian rate of pay is $16.74/hourly. A full day for a Substitute Custodian would be an 8 hour day. This position works an irregular schedule therefore, this position does not include benefits.

JOB SUMMARY: To provide students with a safe, clean, efficient and comfortable place in which to learn, play and develop to their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires prior cleaning experience, school cleaning experience preferred
• Requires the ability to perform essential functions of the position
• Requires the ability to safely operate all custodial equipment
• Requires the ability to be dependable and punctual
• Requires the ability to read & interpret documents such as operating & maintenance instructions, procedures, safety rules, etc.
