Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure or licensure in progress a plus.
• Lift up to 75 pounds with no physical restrictions.
• Experience with school district maintenance procedures and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and appropriate dress and appearance.
• Team player with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn district maintenance systems (e.g., electronic maintenance request system).
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, safe, positive environment for students, staff and the public.
• Oversee subordinates (e.g., summer help) and maintain custodial standards.
