Responsibilities

• Dusts chairs, tables, shelves, and other furniture or equipment.
• Washes windows, walls, woodwork, and blinds.
• Performs vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and buffing duties.
• Collects and disposes refuse.
• Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms, replenishes restroom supplies, and ensures toilets and sinks are operable.
• Secures classroom doors and windows.
• Removes ice and snow from walkways, entrance ways, and steps.
• Makes minor repairs to buildings, furniture, and equipment.
• Cleans and deodorizes all types of flooring.
• Unload trucks and move materials, equipment, and furniture, as needed and directed.
• Assists in preparing multipurpose spaces ng
• Shares in the responsibility for security of the building at all times.
• Maintains regulated materials as directed.
• Performs related duties as required or assigned

• This job requires strength, agility, dexterity, and visual acuity to perform all tasks
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must adhere to all site safety regulations
• The employee may be required to regularly stand, sit, walk, bend, climb ladders, and/or kneel
• There may be exposure to extreme heat and cold, outdoor and indoor environments, heavy equipment, moving machinery, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noises
• This job requires lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. alone or with others
• Verbal communication and hearing may be required for expressing or exchanging information
• Use of computer or other device screens is necessary
