It is a mandatory State requirement that all employees/substitutes on a school campus have their fingerprints on file with the TexasDPS. Once you have completed your application, your information will be sent to the Texas DPS to order a FastPass. The Fastpass will then be emailed to you which will enable you to schedule an appointment to get fingerprinted at their Beaumont or Silsbee location. The Fingerprintingcost is approximately $49.00 and is your responsibility to pay to them at time of service.
Once your fingerprinting is complete, your name can be added to our approved substitute list, providing candidate has a satisfactory outcome of their fingerprint background check andALL OTHERpaperwork has been completed.
This is for aSUBSTITUTEposition, on anAS NEEDEDbasis, and does not constitute an offer of Full-time employment. Starting pay fora Cafeteria Substitute is $9.10 per hour.
Work under moderate supervision to prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.
Education/Certification:
