Job summary

Conway Public School District is seeking a School Bus Driver to transport students safely to and from school. The role requires maintaining a valid CDL with air brake, passenger, and school bus endorsements, along with meeting federal and district requirements for operation of a school bus.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent driving record, be able to meet physical requirements, and pass background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• High school or general education diploma preferred
• Excellent driving record
• Possesses Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air brake, passenger, and school bus endorsements
• Meets all federal, state, and local district requirements for the operation of a school bus
• Passes background check and random drug testing
• Ability to meet the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform required duties
• Ability to work with students of all backgrounds
• Ability to carry out assigned route on time
