Right At School in Roseville, CA seeks a Program Manager to drive our mission of safe, engaging after-school programs for students. You will deliver quality enrichment using our Disguised Learning curriculum, coach a passionate team, and collaborate with school staff to enhance the instructional experience.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervision experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn Google technology.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising others.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual with adults and children).
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Meet state requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test.

Pay range: $25-$28/hr. (Dependent on education & experience)

Program hours: M-F 11:30am - 6pm No Weekends!

You’ll drive the mission by:

• Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
• Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
• Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
• Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
• Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• Prior experience supervising others
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
• High school diploma or GED completed
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)
