Job description

Security Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the theatre via the stage door.
  2. Provide superior customer service to show personnel and house staff.
  3. Meet and greet visitors, verify authorization, and announce them.
  4. Sign in all vendors, verify authorization, and control entry.
  5. Sign for all packages and deliveries, ensuring prompt pickup.
  6. Safeguard all keys; follow proper sign-in/out procedures.
  7. Conduct periodic rounds of the property, especially before locking up, to ensure all equipment and faucets are turned off.
  8. Disarm or engage the theatre alarm system and communicate with the Security Department.

  • If not a member of Local 306, must apply within 31 days of hire
Compensation

Salary: $329.61 per day, $1,977.68 per week (6 days)

Box Office Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service at the box office
  • Assisting customers with ticket purchases and general inquiries
  • Adhering to all box office auditing requirements
Additional Requirements
  • Some experience with box office/ticket selling
  • Good customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and strong math skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • Ability to work independently and closely with others
  • Union membership: either a Local 751 member or must apply upon hire
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with the STAR ticketing system
