Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Substation Senior Structural Engineer in Houston to lead structural design and analysis for high-voltage substations, ensuring safety, reliability, and code compliance. You will develop calculations, drawings, and specifications while guiding a team of engineers across multidisciplinary projects.

You will collaborate with electrical and civil teams, review junior engineers’ work, and contribute to proposals and engineering estimates.

Qualifications
