EVS, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Substation in Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid/Remote) to lead substation design projects from planning through delivery. You will drive technical leadership, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality results for clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, proven substation project experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid/remote work options are available with competitive compensation.

• Proven experience managing substation or related engineering projects from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring deliverables meet internal and client standards.
• Coordinate across disciplines to align goals, deadlines, and design criteria.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Support proposal development, including scope, design criteria, and schedule input.
• Lead project documentation efforts, maintaining organized and accurate records.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals reflecting current status.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote collaboration and growth.

PROJECT MANAGER – SUBSTATION

Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid | Remote
Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 (based on experience)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field required.
• Proven experience managing substation or related engineering projects from design through delivery.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other drafting or project tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software such as AJERA and Monday.com.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
