You will oversee project resources, budgets, client relationships, and guide engineers through complex transmission and distribution initiatives while coordinating business development and recruitment

• Review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, substation protection schematics, and control wiring diagrams
• Partner with leadership on business development and recruiting initiatives
• Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration across the team
