Job summary

Mesa Associates, Inc. seeks a Substation P&C Engineering Associate to design and check deliverables for high voltage substations, including single line diagrams, control house layouts, and cable schedules.

You will work under Senior Engineers to apply engineering principles and meet project requirements. You will evaluate design approaches, prepare design documents, and support large projects with accurate technical work and clear communication.

Qualifications

• This position requires 0-5 years of substation P&C design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or checking deliverables for high voltage substation projects.
• Prepare and review drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with project team to meet budget and schedule.
• Ensure deliverables comply with IEEE and client standards.
